Images received or printed by GraficArtPrints, either in the form of digital file, negative, transparency or original work, are treated with complete confidentiality and the care every work of art deserves.

GraficArtPrints under any circumstances, will permit additional print runs of a given image without the explicit authorization of the artist or agents authorized by him.

GraficArtPrints keep digital files unless the artist requests the destruction of them. Storing files on our part, is very useful to facilitate future editions with the same consistency of color. For archiving the files, GraficArtPrints uses RAID technology, which makes impossible the loss of information due to a hard disk failure. Additionally, a daily backup is performed. Maintenance of records by GraficArtPrints is voluntary and free of charge for the artist and may terminate this service at any time.

The delivery of any digital file, negative, transparency or original work to GraficArtPrints, involves the acceptance by the customer that in case of accident or occasional damage, GraficArtPrints will replace digital media, negative, transparency or material. Except for such replacement material is excluded all claims which may arise.

GraficArtPrints will apply a blind warranty engraving on the bottom left of paper, whenever aesthetically feasible and only if the artist requests it.

GraficArtPrints ensures that every step of the printing process, materials used are the highest quality available on the market.

GraficArtPrints can not be responsible for the final work once leaving our premises, because of environmental causes such as water or light and due to an incorrect user handling, storing, or exhibition.
