Terms of Payment
Before start working we will send an estimate to inform the customer for acceptance. Amounts due from orders of new or repetitive customers, will have to be paid, before leaving our premises. As soon as the work is completed for delivery, will be sent to the address indicated, along with regulatory bill.

GraficArtPrints / Limitation of Liability: The shipment of negatives, paper prints, slides, digital files or original art GraficArtPrints scanning or other handling, constitutes acceptance by the client that any damage or loss attributable to GraficArtPrints, its subsidiaries or agents, entitling the customer to the replacement of sensitive material or digital, in quantity and quality equal or superior. Except for this replacement, the acceptance of negatives, paper prints, slides, digital files or original art, has no guarantee that the expressed and precludes recovery for any incident or damage. GraficArtPrints scans produced are processed to be printed in GraficArtPrints and can produce no acceptable results in other companies that offer giclée printing process. The use and sending of this form, means having read this contract and accept the financial responsibility of this commission I make a GraficArtPrints.

Legal Provision: The information received via this form will be treated with total privacy and used only for purposes of communication between GraficArtPrints, sender, and the bank in charge of financial transaction.
